मतदान के पूर्व किसी सरकार के फ्री आफर , दोनों हाथों से धन का अपार व्यय या लोकलुभावन कार्य के निम्न कारण होते है -
1. पब्लिक को अपने तरफ आकर्षित करना
2.अपने दूसरे कार्यकाल को सुनिश्चित करना
3.हार जाने के पूर्व खजाने खाली करके जाना ।
4.अगर जीत गए तो चार वर्ष लूट , तीसरे कार्यकाल को बोनस अंक समझना ।जीते तो भी ठीक , हारे तो भी ठीक ।
5. अगर हार गए तो आने वाली सरकार के लिए समस्या जिंदा रखकर जाना ।
6.हारने के बाद अपने लिए मुद्दा जिंदा रख कर जाना क्योंकि आने वाली सरकार फ्री को ज्यादा दिनों तक नही चला पाएगी ऐसी हालत में इन्हें जिंदा मुर्दा मिल जायेगा - देखो मैने फ्री दिया था इन्होंने बंद कर दिया ।
7.आने वाली सरकार उस खर्च को पूर्ति में व्यस्त रहेगी और कुछ नई करना मुश्किल होगा । और इन्हें उस सरकार को घेरने के लिए आसानी से मुद्दा मिल जाएगा ।
8.पिसेंगे पब्लिक क्योंकि इन्हें मालूम है पब्लिक अंधी है और नेक्स्ट टर्म फिर इनका ही होगा ।
9.उपरोक्त सठीक है या गलत - अपने अपने राजनीति पर निर्भर करता है । पिसती तो पब्लिक ही है , फिर भी कहते है पब्लिक सब जानती है ।
10.खाक जानती है - एक नेता का धैर्य ने कहा ।
समझदारी का परिचय दीजिये । जागरूक नागरिक , ससक्त देश । तभी विश्व सलाम करता है ।।
